LOAN DOCUMENTATION PROCESSOR – PERU SQUARE
DEPARTMENT: Loans
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Loan Documentation Officer/Assistant Loan Documentation Officer
SUPERVISES: None
POSITION SUMMARY:
Process work flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.
DUTIES:
- Handle customer assistance calls in the department
- Assist Loan Officers; making tickets, changing accounts, codes, etc. as needed
- Assist with payoff requests; both internal and external
- Process wire payments for participating notes
- Implement all account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
- Input and process new loans daily; reviewing for accuracy before scanned
- Process/make changes on LAS and DDL non-post items daily
- Figure MetLife payments and process wires for MetLife
- Provide backup support for the following duties:
- Balancing for scheduled commercial fund General Ledgers
- Input new equiline, floor plans, leases and mortgages
- Process Tiad and RMIC, Genworth, United Guaranty reports
- Report monthly SBA payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Responsible to Loan Documentation Officer/Assistant Loan Documentation Officer for the fulfillment of functions assigned
- Will have contact with customers and bank staff on a regular basis
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal office environment
- Extended viewing of computer screens
- Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
