LOAN DOCUMENTATION PROCESSOR
DEPARTMENT: Post Loan Closing
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Loan Documentation Officer; Asst. Loan Documentation Officer
SUPERVISES: None
POSITION SUMMARY:
Process work flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.
DUTIES:
1. Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
2. Handle customer assistance calls in the loan department
3. Assist Loan Officers; making tickets, changing accounts, codes, etc. as needed
4. Process payoff requests; both internal and external
5. Prepare Secondary Market loans for payoffs
6. Evaluate, correct and process loan coupon orders
7. Evaluate and correct daily loan reports
8. Prepare and file monthly insurance reports and insurance disability forms
9. Evaluate and balance G/L accounts
10. Process Agri-Access payments and transmit thru internet
11. Perform other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Responsible to Loan Documentation Officer for the fulfillment of functions assigned
2. Will have contact with customers and FFBT staff on a regular basis
3. Accuracy and attention to detail is required
4. Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Normal office environment
2. Extended viewing of computer screens
3. Repetitive hand and arm movement
