MEDIA & DESIGN SPECIALIST – KOKOMO SQUARE
DEPARTMENT: Operations - Marketing
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing & Advertising
SUPERVISES: None
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following; providing assistance in the coordination and responsibility of advertising, promotion, web content, sales, research, and new product introductions.
DUTIES:

Assist in development, production, distribution and competitive research of advertising and sales materials with special emphasis and concentration on eCommerce development and new/social media advertising and promotion

Maintain accurate website content and manage consistent editing
-
Serve as the primary internal Contact for Marketing at Corporate Offices
-
Manage design coordination and requests for printed materials
-
Liaison and Support for branch CSR and teller staff for all advertising and design issues
- Serve as liaison on exterior branch signage and lettering
- Research and develop monthly content marketing initiatives
- Work with sales staff to develop/integrate personal branding on print ads and landing pages
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsible to the Director of Marketing & Advertising for the fulfillment of duties assigned

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a major in Marketing with a Minor in Graphic Design
-
Will have contact with the customers and public; this contact is to be in a manner that will further enhance the overall efforts of the bank
-
Excellent oral, written and verbal skills are required
-
Experience and familiarity with such software as, InDesign, WordPress, and Photoshop
-
The ability to interact positively with customers and bank associates at all levels, and excellent organizational skills, creativity, and self-motivation is desired

Will be called on from time to time to participate with community organizations and community projects
