LOAN DOCUMENTATION PROCESSOR – PERU SQUARE  POSITION SUMMARY:
Process all work flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and all maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and bank staff.
 
DUTIES:

1.  Handle customer assistance calls in the loan department
2. Assist Loan Officers; making tickets, changing accounts, codes, etc. as needed
3. Process payoff requests; both internal and external
4. Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
5. Input and process new loans daily; reviewing for accuracy before scanned
6. Process/make changes on LAS and DDL non-post items as needed
7. Process all loan payments mailed/brought in and distribute all interoffice mail (back up)
8. Backup for  Freddie Mac and Fed Home Loan processing
9. Perform other duties as assigned
10. Assist with paying property taxes
11. Assist with property tax tracking – UPF
12. Maintain Deferred Fees and Auto Recovery accounts

RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Responsible to Loan Documentation Officer & Assistant Loan Documentation Officer for the fulfillment of functions assigned
2. Will have contact with customers and bank staff on a regular basis
3. Accuracy and attention to detail is required
4. Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired

   
WORKING CONDITIONS:

3. Repetitive hand and arm movement
