ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT INTERNET BANKING & ACH OFFICER - CONVERSE, IN

REPORTS TO: VP Assistant Operations & Physical Security Officer

SUPERVISES: Assistant Internet Banking Officer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Is responsible for the implementation and support of business cash management products, mobile banking, internet banking products and services to our current customers and potential new customers. Be willing to pursue businesses on an ongoing basis to further enhance First Farmers growth. Manage internet banking, mobile banking, and cash management products and services.

DUTIES:

1. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence regarding other financial institutions business product offerings including internet banking
2. Coordinate with marketing, operations, lending & wealth management team to develop a marketable and profitable business program/product to meet the needs of our customers/potential clients
3. Coordinate with training staff to develop an enterprise-wide understanding of business cash management services and internet banking products our financial institution offers
4. Provide business cash management and internet banking information to update the Intranet, Internet, and Sales sheets
5. Provide assistance to customers in explanation of cash management, mobile, and internet banking products
6. Oversee and provide support to the Internet Banking Operation and Remote Deposit
   1. Assist with setup and changes to the Internet Banking products and Remote Deposit
   2. Provide telephone support for staff and customers
   3. Process internet banking application and changes made by bank customers
   4. Process internet banking transactions (bill pay, ACH, and transfers)
   5. Pull daily reports for internet banking product
7. Coordinate and oversee ACH program for the bank
8. Coordinate and oversee Mobile Banking for the bank
9. Maintain knowledge of changes in the “digital world” for businesses

RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Responsible to the VP Assistant Operations & Physical Security Officer for all duties assigned
2. Position requirements include:

1. Bachelor's Degree in business is preferred
2. At least (3) years experience in developing commercial business relationships is preferred, and have the ability and willingness to call on prospective customers
3. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is preferred (or successfully passing test within 12-18 months)
4. Strong sales and people skills
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Manage time effectively
7. Be able to work flexible hours
