LOAN DOCUMENTATION PROCESSOR – PERU SQUARE
DEPARTMENT: Loans
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: AVP Loan Documentation Officer
POSITION SUMMARY:
Process work flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and all maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and bank staff.
DUTIES:
1. Handle customer assistance calls in the Loan Department
2. Assist Loan Officers; making tickets, changing accounts, codes, etc. as needed
3. Process payoff requests; both internal and external
4. Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
5. Pay/process homeowners insurance on bank's escrow customers
6. Pay/process property tax disbursements on bank's escrow customers
7. Monitor line and note ticklers on loans pertaining to Flood Insurance
8. Flood Insurance Report and tracking
9. Assist with Forced place insurance and insurance cancellation, reinstatement tracking
10. Pay/process Triad and RMIC, Genworth, United Guaranty Reports, ARCH (backup)
11. Provide backup for Rural Development fee transfers
12. Provide backup for processing daily loan statements for mailing
13. Perform other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Responsible to AVP Loan Documentation Officer for the fulfillment of functions assigned
2. Will have contact with customers and bank staff on a regular basis
3. Accuracy and attention to detail is required
4. Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Normal office environment
2. Extended viewing of computer screens
3. Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
4. Repetitive hand and arm movement
